Founded in 2004 by a father and son team, GP Developments can boast a collective knowledge of 50 years in the civil engineering and building industries. The company was established as a sister company to a well known construction firm based in Mid-Ulster with building projects throughout Ireland.
Working between the UK and Ireland, GP Developments has already built up an extensive portfolio of projects, ranging from civil works to "Design and build" and turn-key projects, with an emphasis on luxury developments in desirable locations.
GP Developments has easily been able adapt their in-house design experience to meet the needs of individual clients. We can ensure that your design is clearly considered and planned by offering professional guidance and brought to fruition by our competent site team. In project managing each stage, they endeavour to provide the client with exactly what they require without the necessity of an architect managing the building project.
Through a belief in the Passive House code, GP Developments are one of very few building companies that can carry the Passive House Designer’s logo. We do this as we are committed to producing buildings to the highest possible standards.
In 2016 GP Developments were invited onto the board of directors of the PHAI. We see this as recognition of our efforts to bring Passive House to the front as a building standard that the industry in Northern Ireland should be striving towards. Through the PHAI we have presented Passive House to the general public, building professionals and MLA’s as a viable alternative to the standard build.
As the Passive House Association of Ireland is an affiliate to the International group we have direct access and support to a worldwide network of other construction professionals who seek to see Passive house established in their country/region
From foundation design to roof construction, GP Developments ensure the very highest standards at every stage. This commitment to quality and excellence is reflected in the National House Building Confederation accreditation awarded in 2008.
