"Shane Kinsella is an Associate in the Sustainability Department at MosArt and leads a team of construction professionals who design and certify Passive House buildings in Ireland, the UK and North America. Having trained as a Building Services Engineer, Shane has a full working knowledge of the Building Physics and Mechanical Services strategies that can be applied to make Passive House buildings function effectively, with minimum environmental impact. Shane is a Certified Passive House Designer and an Accredited Passive House Certifier and always aims to bring a mix of sound technical judgement and commercial awareness to the projects he works on.
