What do you mean by "structural insulated panels"?Give us details,web references for example.

Thank you for your reply however ICF construction is certainly what I am NOT looking for!! For more info on SIP construction see www.sipitscotland.co.uk and www.tek.kingspan.com.
What I actually should have asked was has anyone out there actually built with SIPS and are they as good as all the reviews are saying?
