Great Job on the magazine and the website.
My suggestion is to gather the information on the Forums into categories similar to www.creativeireland.com

e.g.
BER
Solar
Wind
Groundsource
Wall Insulation
Roof Insulation
Floor Insulation
District Heating
Air Tightness
Legislation
SEI

It might make it easier to find info as the forum grows

As far as I know vBulletin allows you to order and gather existing posts and allow you to organize future posts is automatically done by members as they post
