Domestic pellet maker

Ive just Built my first Home in West Cork and im concerned about the supply of wood pellets,id love to know if there is a pellet maker available on the domestic market like the wood chipper if anyone has any info or a way around the problem id be very grateful

You have all reason to be concerned. Acording to the managing director (interviewed in the Irish Examiner, money&jobs suplement, Friday,24th of November 2006) the price per ton is -at the time of the interview-€440/tonne.
The EU timber producers are complaining about increased prices because of timber used for fuel.There is a fierce competition for timber, even the higher grades. Quality timber usually used for planks in the building industry is now turned into fuel.
