IGCC ~ International Green Construction Council:
In 2010 their proposals numbered >200 pages and in past year the subject has mushroomed. My home State has been working on amendments and heading towards 2012 legal adoption of the 'localized' final version.
The IGCC is an 'International' group and the question arises as to whether or not Ireland's involved?
